Good Beginner Crash Course In Natural Skincare
I am a skincare fanatic! I am always trying new skincare products. Lately I’ve been thinking of trying a more natural skincare regimen. But, I didn’t know where to start. So I decided to read this book for some direction. 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐁𝐞𝐚𝐮𝐭𝐲 𝐁𝐚𝐬𝐢𝐜𝐬 𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐖𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐫 by Niambi Dennis is seventy-one short, straight-to-the-point, pages. Normally, I would consider a book of this length a little too short. But, this time the short length really worked for me. I didn’t want a long, wordy, too in-depth book with a bunch of clinical terms that I was going to forget anyway. And this book contained none of that! Instead, each page is filled with quick natural skincare tips that I can apply today. The ingredients the author suggests are simple products that I already have in my kitchen. For example, Niambi Dennis explains how to use honey as a cleanser, diluted apple cider vinegar, or even a little diluted vodka as a toner, and coconut oil as a moisturizer. Her simple ingredients and quick recipes are just what I was looking for in my quest for an all natural skincare regimen. Anything to complicated would have made me reconsider using natural products as an option.I read this book in less than an hour. And, it was an hour well spent. I got a good beginner crash course in natural skincare remedies for Black skin. And that is just what I needed.

22 year old man just getting into skincare
I liked the book and the author's personality shined through, but the book was so short it felt like an extended blog. I would have also loved to have seen more specificity in her instructions for things like how long we should leave the toner on or how many drops of an oil we should use. Good book, fun personality, but some modest room for improvement

Awesome information that really works!!!
I love this book that I refer to regularly. My face at age 62 was beginning to be so dry & flakey. I was beginning to spend a lot more on cleansing & moisturizing products. After using honey, rose water, coconut oil, etc, my face is no longer flakey, or dry. It is actually smoother, former & younger looking. I've ordered these natural products to my daughters homes to get the started on a natural beauty regimen. Thank you soooo much!!!!!
