Really hard to play.
The video makes it look easy. However trying to get a note out of it is much harder than it looks. Nice little product but don't expect to be joing a jazz band any time soon !!

Waste of time & money
The metal piece that holds the reed in place doesn't work. An accomplished musician couldn't get a playable note out of it.

newby with the saxaphone
All my life the saxophone has been the one instrument I've wished I could play... I started to learn at school many, many years ago but unfortunately I couldn't read music so the opportunity went to someone who could... Then I discovered all these saxophone trainers available, I bought this one as it seemed to have lots of YouTube videos to get me started.O.k. the bozitian Mini Portable Pocket Saxophone arrived with a number of reeds and pads along with the instrument itself and the briefest of instruction pages possible..... an A5 slip of paper supposedly showing finger positions (nothing to say wether left of right hand) but after watching a video on YouTube al was okay. The next problem I found was the difficulty getting a sound from the thing.... again the video explained the importance of starting on a lighter grade reed, so after purchasing more reeds of the lowest grade 'voila' I'm getting sound from it.So how do I rate the product... its plastic... with holes in it and seems t work okay when you blow in it and manipulate the holes correctly. The problems lie with what comes with it in the packaging... The instructions are totally useless, but then again if you where series about learning how to play the instrument you aren't gonna rely on the scrappy instructions to teach you - although more would be better, add to that a better grade of reeds especially light grades so you can at least get some sound from it..... So now I've bought the instrument which looks like its gonna last and the rest is down to me
