Es semi pasiva y sólo la he visto arrancar el ventilador unos segundos cuando se enciende el equipo, de tan eficiente que es. Luego se mantiene apagado aún jugando, por lo que es totalmente silenciosa (Core i5-10400 + GTX 1650 SUPER). La calidad de los cables es buenísima.

build 4 systems with Corsair SFX PSUs (450,600 and 750w) for the past 7 years no issues so far

Had this installed for a few months now. Noise level is low from the fans and a very compact unit. Opening the box was a big surprise to see how small PSU's can get. Fitting was pretty straight forward though the main motherboard cable was shorter than I would have liked. If you plan any long runs best to buy a custom cable kit. Currently running a Nvidia 3070 and ryzen 3600x with no issues in terms of power issues. Do ensure you do check what wattage you need before buying.
