We order this often as we just ordered more today (October 9, 2017). This is an excellent cake mix and if you over cook it the inside will not be wet. The edges will be hard so trim the hard edges of the cake and make cake pops with the edges. Gluten free mixes can have a tendency to remain wet on the inside giving the appearance of it not being done.Instead of eggs, we add a powder egg replacement or applesauce, banana etc along with a dairy free butter.

Good stuff but too expensive
This is a good gluten free flour, I just do not understand why they have to cost so much more than regular cake mix. Next time I just st buy regular gluten free flour!

Allergic to everything and I can eat THIS!!!! 😻
I am allergic to everything I add 11/2 cup of berries to this and have a cake for a week! It’s like a birthday cake or it can be a blueberry muffin.... I love that you hdve made something I can eat!!!! Thank you

NOT VANILLA BEAN, Just plain vanilla cake. Purchased this instead of other options specifically because it was vanilla bean. Packages that arrived are plain vanilla cake.
