Defective delivery
The delivered product was inappropriately packed.The first delivery did not work then was replaced, second did not work as well. A hdd merely in bubble wrap cannot withstand Desi logistics , both the HDD original and replaced failed to work , the replacement did not even spool up..

Good value for NAS
Will just start off by saying that some others who have received badly packaged pieces (and consequently non-functional product) may not have ordered from StorageBiz. Their packing (as also indicated by someone else) is absolutely well done. I did, however, end up with 1 of the HDDs that started throwing errors in a few days. Thankfully, the product was within the return window and I got a promptly delivered replacement which is working fine. Using in an NAS application (RAID Z2 configuration) in SFF case (Jonsbo N1) and things have been absolutely perfect. Performance is up to the mark for these kind of drives and I saturate the 1Gbps LAN network limit before the disk performance limits are hit.

Value for Money, Prompt delivery and Excellent packing.
Product is working as expected.Didn't show any trouble in my WB 4 bay NAS. I was a bit skeptical about what would be packaging condition seeing few comments here, but my 3 NAS drives arrived well packed, with separated thermocol casing for each drive, wrapped in bubble wraps and separated with paper cushions. Thanks seller, for showing extra care on HDD packaging. As I was happy with my 3 HDD order packaging, I ordered another HDD from same seller. Thanks, amazon, for prompt delivery as always.

Great product
I had stopped ordering Harddisks through Amazon because the packaging was always bad and mostly we get open packs. This time I bought two pieces after a WD person assured me that special instructions have been given to sellers to pack HDDs correctly. Still I bought it separately. To my surprise, the first pack came perfect. The second one was ok. Not so perfect as the first.on. Both HDDs are working perfect.

I have been using WD Red for quite some time now without any issue.
I have been using WD Red for quite some time now. They are a bit pricey but so far not faced any issue. Earlier I had used 4 TB drives only. This is the first time I am trying 10 TB for my NAS. Nothing to complain so far. I feel that it’s money well spent.

Not working since I bought it. Ordered return, but nobody picked it up till date.
It is not working at all since I bought it. Ordered a return but it is not been picked up by Amazon guys despite requesting them many times. Very disappointed by the product and service of Amazon.

the HDD was dead on arrival, had to go to the WD service center to get a new HDD
