This is the 2nd one I bought for another car of mine. Both I bought were slightly used condition but upon receiving both looked clean as if was just taken out of the box with all accessories intact. The camera quality has been excellent. Specially of front camera. Installation is very easy from the front camera, but the rear I had to install it from inside as I did not know how to fit it externally and connect to the reverse light. Also I did not get into the advanced setup and features it has like lane and all. It’s been great so far.

I bought a Rexing M2 dash cam on June 30, 2024. On the outside of the box is written that Best Buy will install it. What they don’t tell you is Best Buy install it only if you buy it from them. Looked around on the Internet to see who can install it and the price. Be ready for a shock. The prices quoted were $280 to $700. I used the cheaper one. The installation was good and fast. But when driving in the mirror you can only see dark spots what happens in the rear of the car. My old dash cam gave always a clear picture. Rexing gives a very small manual booklet with small, printed pages, barely readable. The offered Blind Spot Detection, ADAS and BSD there is no help how to install it for laypeople, and they have no am/pm clock only 24hrs time. At least be happy to be cheated spending money for nothing. The company gives you no warning that their product is not usable for laypeople and even professional installers don’t know how to do it. So, I spent $150 plus tax for the dash cam and $280 for installation. My suggestion to Amazon is don’t support those kind of seller.

I love this high-resolution camera. The wide-angle lens ensures a broad field of view, which is what I needed. The 3-inch LCD screen provides a clear and intuitive interface for navigating the settings and reviewing recorded footage. The installation process is straightforward, and the camera comes with both adhesive and suction cup mounts for flexibility in placement. Also, the loop recording allows the camera to continuously record and overwrite the oldest files when the memory card is full.

This is a good camera, I got it used for my 2nd vehicle and brand new for my other vehicle. I installed the backup camera at the back of the bed of my 2005 Frontier. An extension for the rear camera is a must for a good installation. When its raining the camera does get blocked when sitting. When driving sometimes you will see droplets but overall its pretty good. I use it as an active rear view mirror. The camera is always on and displays what's behind me. With its 170 degree view it shows me more then I would see using my traditional mirror. The large mirror fits well over my factory mirror and does not stand out like a sore thumb in anyway. The wires on the other hand do but I am working around that now with different ways to route them to help with a good overall install. The picture quality & video quality is ok, 2K front & 1080p rear make license plates highly visible to a certain distance, the night time driving ability is really good in terms of what you can see. Where I have my camera mounted is not ideal as its inline with everyone's headlights so it is difficult to see with people behind me. I will move it to a better location to prevent that. When the street is dark with no street lights you are still able to pickup details of the street behind you. 4K resolution would be best for front and rear but this is still pretty good.
