One way blade. Well made
I love this product. The blade is extremely sharp and the little knife attached to the back is very helpful for bad spots and potato eyes.The only problem is, that unlike some potato peelers, it is a one-way blade. If I peel an apple, blade towards me, the blade is set well and will remove the peel in one piece. However, potatoes are not so symmetrical, and I prefer several short strokes, blade away from me. This means left hand use. Fortunately, I am ambidextrous so this is not a problem. Left-handed people should also love it. It is well-made and very sharp

Peeler you will really like
This is easy to use. Size wise it fits in your hand much nicer than the bulky handle ones. Blade is sharp. Love it for peeling potatoes.

Thought I was getting a left handed peeler
This was I thought a left handed peeler like the other one I already have . I will keep it and either try to reverse the blade or let other family members use it
