The tutu is very cute. Excellent Quality material vibrant colors BUT - it's listed as a " Women's One Size". There is a tag on the garment that states " Fits UP TO A Size 8". So if you are over a size 8 there's no way your squeezing this thing on. There is an elastic band but the tule is sewn into it. If you stretch it too much I imagine bad things might happen. If you're a size 8 or under this tutu is super cute and a perfect addition to the Wonder Woman costume.

I love this little tutu. I purchased this (along with a a Harley Quinn costume also from Amazon)for my daughter’s Halloween Dance at school, it fit her perfectly. It added something different to her costume and kept her age appropriate. She loved it so much she wants to wear it again. This tutu is a must have. The large waist band I loved it and the different layers made it full but not too big. Must have!

I don't understand why there are some bad reviews. I love the tutu!! The entire tutu is awesome!!!!!! The waist band is thick, the fabric of the entire tutu is thick. It is glittery, so if you are not a fan of glitter, don't purchase as glitter does rub off on your skin. I'm a chubby woman, im a size 14. So this tutu did fit me perfect. If you are heavy set I would not recommend buying as it won't fit. I don't feel it's true to size/size fits all.

Looks nothing like the picture. Not even close. So disappointed. Can’t believe Amazon keeps letting them mislead people. Going to send it back. Gave it one star because you have to!!! Should be zero.

Just received the item. It was about $7 as an add on, so I tried to not be too picky BUT, this is NOT a new item. It looks worn before and the plastic bag it came in was ripped. The black fabric on the elastic band has multiple rips and you can see the white elstic under the fabric. Extremely low quality or definitely NOT new. Since I am not sure I will have time to exchange and not even sure I will get a better quality one (unused maybe), I will have to just use this once and throw it away. Yuck! Definitely do not recommend. I am usually happy with prime items but this is disappointing.

Like the other reviews, what you get vs what you see here don’t match. The band is Tan, the patch is hanging on by a thred and not like what’s shown here, and the tutu is not One Size Fits All...maybe All size 4s. Online says One Size Fits All but the tag when it arrives says it fits up to an 8. It’s also ridiculously short...like 1/2 my cheeks will stick out. Nope.

Says it fits up to a size 8! But the band ruins the look and the stars are not like the picture(expected this)! The band is tan not yellow as appears! Disappointed and sending back!
