This sweat suit has really helped me to shed a few pounds and is easy washed and reusable.

This suit it great. Especially if you want a suit that doesn't look like a sauna Suit. It is matted so it doesn't look like you are running around wearing a garbage bag. And it does a great job. I will say, I was a bit concerned with a stripe of material in the inseam. I feared it would lose heat. but it didn't. What it did do was allow the suit to move with you to avoid ripping. I'm buying another one. Buy one size bigger for a better fit. and two size if you want it looser.

The only cons are that it does run small. I'm 5'1 and normally wear L-XL in women's clothing but I got the XL in men's jacket here and it's a bit of a snug fit. If I'm standing is fine but when I'm on my bike it rides up. But if I keep working out, it won't be an issue anymore.Also, it's a bit loud like a plastic bag but I use it at home so I don't mind it.I do like that it's lightweight yet still gets the me sweating. It also doesn't look as cheap as others. I machine washed in a mesh bag for delicates on regular cycle and hung to air dry and it didn't damage it.

I like that this jacket makes me sweat more than I normally would. It is comfortable to wear when you purchase your correct size. I am a woman and usually wear size M/L top women. I looked at the size chart before purchasing and bought a S/Small for this men’s jacket. My husband wear L/Large and the large jacket fit him well. I do wish there were directions as to how to clean the jacket. I plan to do my own research to find this information.
