my mom is 5'2 and 115 pounds and this fits her perfectly. there is maybe only an inch of extra band to work with. I am not sure if this would fit larger heads, but for her, it is 5 stars since it fits her head and does the job

I got this support strap to have a clean strap (in addition to the doctor-provided strap) post neck-lift surgery. This strap is indeed a little short. I am 5'6", 110 lbs with a small frame. I was able to just barely able to comfortably secure the Velcro ends with a 1/2 inch overlap. Note that my doctor suggested a scant 1/2 snip of the strap just under the chin (neck-adjacent side) for both the doctor-issued and this strap, making both far more comfortable. This strap suited my needs, but if you are bigger bones I would recommend looking for a different option.

Okay, I read the reviews. I bought this as a replacement for the one I had which was silky and not so great. This compression band is very good-the strap is not so long, but that’s why it is called a compression band. To compress! One night and I saw a difference in my swelling. I agree the material is not the most comfortable, but I put a gauze pad under my chin to make it softer in that area which seems the area is irritates. I hope this helps!

While this isn't as soft as my other strap, it puts far less tension on the swollen bruises that are my under chin/lower cheeks! This fits my ~24" head (on top of this band on my head) perfectly.
