Is 2800 lumens too much for 2 outdoor lights each about 2ft from the door and slightly above eye level?

Will these lights work at 20 below zero??

Have had them up at the peak of my roof to light up the back yard. Have been working fine through the last Michigan winter. We got a few days around -10, have not had many years where it hits -20 to -30 of late but expect they would function just fine. Mind you they are rarely on more than 30 minutes at a stretch twice a day, long enough for the dog to do necessities and not get lost.
