This vitamin is packed full of nutrients! It is an easy to swallow pill that doesn't have an after taste or upset my stomach! Where has this been all my life?!!!! This is a great multi-vitamin for daily use. It’s best to be taken with food and I take mine in early in the day with my first meal of the day. I’ve noticed an increase in energy since being on it (for about 3 weeks now) there’s no shaky or nervous feeling just a bit of a pick me up for the daily activities. The capsules are easy to take just be sure to drink plenty of water when taking it. Several weeks of taking this vitamin and I can’t think of a single reason to not continue ordering this multivitamin for continued daily use!

Made me sick to my stomach so would suggest taking with meals for sure or perhaps at night. Have not tried them since I got sick taking the first day. Do not think it has anything to do with the product, just something in them that does not agree with my system.

I tried the chocolate flavor drink mix and I love it with Vanilla Almond Milk. It is delicious.I'm now able to eat breakfast, which enables me to take the Multi-Vite and Skinny Burn, and starts my day off properly! I feel AMAZING!This is a really great company. Good multivitamins suppliment for energy, but not a weight loss product as is advertising. Bought mainly for filling my body with vitamins and minerals as I work out extensively during the week and hike over weekends.

I did not notice ANY increased energy and definitely no weight loss occurred. I will not order again.

I have been taking a very high quality multivitamin for at least the last 15 years. This vitamin is easily as good if not better than the others I have paid twice as much for. I like that this is a liquid filled gellcap. This makes the absorption rate much much better and it's super easy on the stomach. I have never had any adverse effects while taking this product. Many vitamins cause stomach pain or nausea and not one time has this been an issue. If you are looking for a vitamin that is extremely effective and easy on the wallet this is definitely for you!
