Label states that they are clear. They’re far from clear, more of a frosted white! I really needed these to be clear for my wedding set up! After printing on all of them and finding that they are not actually clear like in the pictures, I was forced to shred them and go buy them from staples. Please note that they are a frosted white! Not clear!

Being the office prankster, I bought these and then printed spider images onto the labels to decorate the office with. Light fixtures, water cooler, filing cabinets, etc.Great size and great results.What I was pleasantly surprised with, though, was the improvement in texture compared to the previous generation of label stock. This is extra grippy to keep the stock from going wonky in the printer.Added a bit of cloudiness to the labels, so the spiders weren't as stealthy as I would have liked, but the screams were delicious.Great product!

I really don't know how Avery can sell this as CLEAR. I saw that it was not clear when I opened package....but thought when you actually stuck it on something it would become almost clear. WRONG! I used this (or tried to) to stick graphic on metal - that was not shiny or totally "metal" looking. To me, it looked worse that just sticking a white label on it. It was so obvious and not in a good way! I could not even use these for what I bought them for. A BIG disappointment!
