Easy to use

Cheap quality, very expensive considering I wanted something secure for my medication and I think a 5 year old could get into this bag.

I was looking for a lockable bag (or something) that I could fit in my purse to carry some medication in (a controlled rx, meaning if anything were to happen to it I can't get a replacement, I'd have to wait until my next refill was due). This is *PERFECT*. I got this along with the  Master Lock 5900D SafeSpace Portable Safe, Gunmetal Grey  - the safespace thing was HUGE - much larger than I expected & way too big to carry around in my purse on a daily basis. This on the other hand is pretty much exactly what I needed.The bag itself is very thick - definitely has multiple layers of padding (I assume to make it harder to cut through). It also has a little loop on one side so you can secure it to something else if need be. The lock itself is a bit clunky, but that's to be expected when it comes to a bag with an attached combination lock. The zipper is the metal clasp that locks to the combination dial. I've already reprogrammed the combination (well - of course I set it initially - but I changed it after a few days of use is what I mean) & that was super easy to do.I realize that this is not going to keep people out - obviously if someone wants to steal this they can & with a bit of effort they can get it open - but if you're in a situation where someone might try to sneak a few of something & think you won't notice - this is perfect. And honestly I've always found it best to lock things up - even if you don't think any one would take them. The people in my life are not people who I would ever suspect of taking anything of mine - but the reality is you don't ever really know anyone aside from yourself. I've had a situation before where someone was taking some of this from me & for a short while I thought I was just being crazy - but I wasn't. Now whenever I start to wonder if that could be happening again I know that it's just in my head - and that makes everything better.If you're looking for a super compact way to keep snoopy or sneaky people out, this will probably work for you. But again, if you're looking for something that will seriously deter a true thief - well, you'll probably want something a bit more serious than this (ultimately this is a fabric bag...).
