More expensive than cheaper indoor options but worth the price. Solidly built and easy to install and performs well - no flicker at all. Be aware there is a 0.5 sec or so delay before lights come on.

Item works well powering up my garden led lamps and even my shed lights. Looks well constructed. With good build quality. My only criticism is. That the cable. Could be a bit longer, For the mains input.
