Construction was extremely straightforward, although the comment others have raised about knowing that the enclosed string is to fix the mesh safety cage to the main trampoline would be a useful addition to the instructions. A simple paper note saying the same might fix this cheaply for the manufacturer without the need to reprint brochures.We're 24 hours in and have had hours of happy use already. If, like us, you have a particularly 'robust' child, you may need to remind them (repeatedly) not to cannon into the sides because it isn't the most stable when subject to deliberate horizontal force. Equally, the same could be said for almost any similar product out there.The manufacturer might want to consider whether drilling holes on the bottom of the poles, or using simple tent guidelines affixed to the top of the mesh (where it is screwed into the top of the poles) might enable a simple, cost-effective anchoring system to be offered (as a further bolt-on purchase opportunity). Meanwhile, there's nothing stopping the rest of us potentially doing the latter with products already available.More generally, the product appears to be exceptional value for money. I've been highly impressed with the quality of all the components for the price paid. I have a very happy child, and the two of us are no longer wondering how on earth we're going to ensure energy is burnt off whilst confined to the house.

Not very happy with it. It doesn’t look like what we see in the photos. It’s really small and doesn’t feel sturdy. Also the instruction manual is incomplete. It doesn’t tell what to do with the string that came with it or how to tick it wit the safety net. I tried it and the length is Not enough to cover the whole trampoline radius. Not happy with the purchase. Some screws doesn’t go completely in! Assembly is not too hard though . Overall It’s too light product.

All the reviews are international & I think the seller is based in Spain? So couldn’t really get a grasp of whether this would be a good product or not. It came quick with Hermes (2 days). We built it today but our kids haven’t tried it yet. The instructions aren’t particularly clear, as you’d expect with something like this. It was reasonably easy to build until the last step (attaching/stringing the outer mesh to the base) which isn’t mentioned in the instructions and we found a YouTube video to help us. Still not sure if we have done it right which is worrying given our kids’ safety is the most important thing. Other than that negative, it seems to be a good study lightweight and well made trampoline so that’s why it’s still got four stars :-)

Straight out of the box:1. stitching was so poor it was coming apart as I unboxed it.2. There was mud on the pad cover. Maybe a previously returned item although that not stated on the product information.3. There was also an eyelet missing (that the instructions call ‘grommets’ and more poor stitching.4. The instructions are incomplete regarding the tie rope. Not rocket science but I would argue it is more difficult to do once built. Not that it matters as the tube to tread it through is another example of poor stitch work.5. More poor stitching on the safety net around the door zip leaving a hole.The positive: The trampoline part itself is really good. Sadly the safety net and pads are so inferior it would absolutely fail the UK manufacturing and safety standards expected of a trampoline.

Very quick delivery fantastic can’t comment on the product as it is present

The screws supplied were too big for the holes drilled in the pipes. The holes in the pipes also did not line up with the connecting parts. Further, because the holes had been drilled in a slap dash way there was sheared metal in the pipe which would have stopped the screws going in even if they were the right size. Returning for a refund, no chance I’d try again.

One of the bars has not been manufactured correctly and the frame has been made wrong which means that the bars push into the jump space and it rocks too on the floor. Really disappointed.

We have received our trampoline and we have x 12 top netting bars we need x6 connecting netting bars from the base. Such a shame we have to let our daughter down for her birthday because of this mistake. Please get back to me ASAP so rectify this problem.
