not worth the price
The base came dented, I'm assuming from bad packaging. The hydraulics slip now and again also. Not as good quality as I would have wanted for the price. This is a 100$ chair, not a 200$+ chair.

Ordered three, one with dent on base and broken floor protective ring. Also the hydronic base will not hold anyone in the chair.

The chairs came with half of the pieces that I needed to put together, and also no directions. They then sent me out new backs of the chairs and I finally got them together and they were junk. I wouldn't recommend anyone who is over 100 lbs to sit in them.
