Perfect for MacBook Pro
I use these for my MacBook Pro for work. Before I purchased these my wrists would hurt at the end of the day when using the built in keyboard. After using these the pain is gone. They’re light weigh enough that I can easily carry in my laptop bag and I can use right on the laptop keyboard. This is my second set - 1 for at home and another for in the office.

These are pretty good
They do not stick, which makes them adjustable and reusable, so that's pretty good. Also; they do not stick though, so they might slide off when you throw your laptop across the room. That's not the best thing, so probably do not throw your laptop with these on it.

Slides all over the place
the comfort is great, but it doesn’t have anything sticky on the bottom and slides all over the place.

Helps with carpal tunnel
This is soft but not too soft. Helps with my carpal tunnel.

Decent
These fit perfectly on the Zephyrus m16. It's basically just a set of small square mouse pads that feel a little bit better than resting directly on the laptop body. To me they aren't very comfortable, only being a little better than the laptop body. They could use more padding, and maybe a cooler fabric since they can get a little warm if you stay on them awhile. Basically I would say having them is better than nothing, but I'm sure a better alternative could be found.

not what i expected
i had pads similar to these in the past with good results. these however differ in that there is no sticky back, no means to secure them so they don't slide all over. i ended up having to also purchase thin double sided tape to put the pads to use. the pads are ok, no issues there but the lack of an adhesive on the backs is why i only rated them as i did.

Does not stay in place and not comfortable.
I cut one up to fit better, otherwise I'd send it back for a refund.Sigh.

Not squishy enough
This is a pretty dense foam. It’s only slightly more giving than the hard surface of my laptop. I’m better off putting a rolled up sock under my wrist.
