GoldwellDesigns Wood Stand for Water Dispenser Crock (White, 27)

Our stand works great. The company accidentally sent us a duplicate piece and we reached out to them through the Amazon app. They got right to us and replaced the item quickly.

We have downsized to a small apartment and we've been able to get our 3 gal bottle off the counter and onto this perfect stand. Easy to assemble too. Thx!

Not easy to assembly. It wouldn’t stay flush (see picture). One of the screws was hard to screw in and wouldn’t go in all the way (it made the leg unstable).

Not happy!

The circle platform to set the water bottle on was missing from the pkg. Very disappointing!! I hope I can still use it because the hassle to return it is frustrating!!!

This went together quickly and easily, it's level, and I have no concerns about it holding my crock and 3 gallon bottles. I used a drop of wood glue everywhere it goes together, but that's probably not necessary. You may need a rubber mallet to get the dowels in and the crossbars firmly together.
