Great weed and grass killer
This grass and weed killer works very well on patios, fence lines and anywhere you don’t want grass and weeds to grow. It’s priced reasonably and very easy to use since it comes with a built in sprayer and the weeds and grass turn brown in just a few days.

Effective Weed Killer, but Not as Potent as the Concentrate Version
I recently tried the Spectracide Weed & Grass Killer (Refill) to tackle some pesky weeds in my garden, and while it did a decent job, I couldn't help but notice that it wasn't as strong as the concentrate version I previously used. Pros: - Effective on Weeds: The weed killer managed to control most of the unwanted growth in my garden. It effectively targeted the weeds and grass, preventing them from spreading further. - Easy to Use: The refill format was convenient and straightforward to use. It allowed me to continue using the same sprayer, minimizing waste and making the application process hassle-free. Cons: - Not as Potent as the Concentrate: I found that the weed killer in the refill version wasn't as potent as the concentrate I had used before. It took a bit longer to see noticeable results, and some stubborn weeds required multiple applications. - Coverage Area: The refill size wasn't enough to cover as much area as I hoped, making it a bit less cost-effective compared to the concentrate. Overall, the Spectracide Weed & Grass Killer (Refill) is still a reliable option for controlling weeds and grass in the garden. It's easy to use, and it gets the job done, albeit not as swiftly and effectively as the concentrate version. While it might not be my first choice for more extensive weed control, for smaller areas or touch-ups, the refill does the job. If you prefer a more potent solution, I would recommend considering the concentrate version instead. Nevertheless, it's a useful product that deserves a solid four-star rating for its effectiveness and user-friendly refill format.

It did what it was supposed to do
It killed all the weeds that's all I'm looking for. It took about 3 days until I noticed that they were dying. I live in the southwest so it took care of all my weeds in my yard.

It’s okay
I recently tried the Spectracide Weed & Grass Killer 1.3 Gallon Refill for some troublesome areas around my driveway, walkways, and flower beds. My experience with this product has been mixed, leading me to give it a middle-of-the-road 3-star rating. On the positive side, the Spectracide Weed & Grass Killer is quite easy to use, especially with its refill size, which is convenient for covering larger areas without the need for frequent repurchases. This aspect is definitely a plus for those with more extensive areas to treat. The application process is straightforward, and the product works well on certain types of weeds and grass, showing visible results in a matter of days. However, there are a few drawbacks that prevent me from giving this product a higher rating. Firstly, its effectiveness is somewhat inconsistent across different types of weeds. While it managed to eliminate some of the unwanted vegetation in the treated areas, others seemed resilient and required multiple applications for noticeable results. This inconsistency can be frustrating and leads to more product and time being used than I initially anticipated. Another concern is the impact on the surrounding flora. I noticed that some of the nearby plants in my flower beds were adversely affected, showing signs of distress after the application. This calls for very careful and precise application to avoid damaging desirable plants, which can be challenging in tight spaces or near garden borders. The environmental impact is also a consideration. I'm increasingly conscious of the products I use and their effects on the ecosystem. The Spectracide Weed & Grass Killer, while effective in certain areas, leaves me wondering about the long-term implications for my garden's health and the local wildlife. In summary, while the Spectracide Weed & Grass Killer offers convenience and effectiveness in some scenarios, its inconsistent performance across different weed types and potential for collateral damage to nearby plants are significant downsides. For those with specific, hard-to-kill weeds and a clear area for safe application, this product might still be worth considering. However, for those with diverse gardens and environmental concerns, it might be wise to explore alternative solutions.
