I would rate the Seller ("Hot Deals) as excellent - good and timely service.The product is excellent too, but the instructions printed on the recharger pack are very rudimentary and somewhat misleading; for example: (1) Not clear whether batteries must be charged all 4 at once or can be charged one or more at a time [in fact, any combination seems to work]; (2) instructions state "Green indicator light will turns [sic] off when the batteries are fully charged." Actually,LEDs are red until fully charged and then turn to green. I could not find any applicable battery charger instructions online that might have been less rudimentary or misleading.When I plugged it in, the LEDs were already green - according to the instructions, this seemed to mean they were still recharging.

Thought the first set I bought was defective - couldn't charge them. They sent me a new set and in trying to charge the new one I found a very thin, small strip of clear plastic lying along the top of the batteries. Having removed that, I think the charger is working. I checked all the instructions, and nowhere does it mention removing this strip. You can see from the picture that the strip would be invisible given that the batteries are already in the charger. I thank the company for replacing the purchase, but I think they need to improve their instructions.

I purchased this because I was going thru regular batteries like crazy with my Cannon Power Shot SX160IS. The battery tester said they were still good so I was saving them for low use items (computer mouse etc. I have dozens saved now!These batteries last a bit longer, and I love how I can recharge them. Helps to have one set to use and another pair to charge.I gave a 4 star because I thought they would last a little longer than they do.

The batteries are not powerful enough to keep the date on my camera. When I turn off the camera and then turn it back on I have to reset the date. Disappointed in the charger too as the green light will not go off when the batteries are ready.

Very pleased with this product. If you need a charger for Xtech High Speed rechargeable batteries, this product is for you.

Got unit and checked polarity of AA batteries. After 24 hours of charging, green lights are still on. Total RIP OFF ! ! !

These are great because I use my camera all the time. I have found that they dont last any longer then the regular batteries. I like having the extras and fast charging unit.
