Q: Does it contain any fragrances or perfums?

The product label does not list any fragrance or perfume and I cannot smell any. However, there is a very mild odor that is inherent in DEET.

Q: Is a 1.25 size good for one person for 7 days?

It depends how many times a day you use it. I was in Honduras on a mission trip last year and had to use it day and night (about 4-5 times in 24 hours) I ran out the 6th day.. but it worked great so I recommend it.

Q: Will this kill cockroaches

I don't think this is meant to be used for household pests. I used this during camping for mosquitoes and ticks specifically. It is also very oily.
