This is the go to for automotive Creepers. Quality is second to none. All castors / wheels can be relaced when worn out. All swivel on ball bearings. Padding is firm. The welds are great. Tubing is over built. Its an amazing unit. Will be ordering another soon for myself, as this was a giftAlso wanted to add. Local courier lost my unit. My only option was to keep contacting them, then they would escalate it for a refund. It was 2 days before christmas, and i sent an email to customer service at Amazon explaining whats happened. They responded to me in an hour ! Then they overnight’d a replacement unit for Christmas !

I bought it as a Christmas gift for my husband but when he opened it today we find out that whole set of wheels was missing. I felt so bad that it is of no use without wheels. I don't want to return because of its heavy weight and my husband likes it. I hope if we can get wheels from seller. Trying to figure it out.

For the price I would have liked leather, wheels and bearings appear not to be of inferior quality. Smooth and comfortable.
