It provides a succinct commentary on the challenges , opportunities and an insight into how "investors think" . A valuable book by any standards and a must have in the personal library of any investor.

A very thorough and well written book on inner workings of VC ecosystem. This books explains and contrasts how VC ecosystem of US vs India, provides great insights on operating model of a VC, what does a VC looks at while investing in a startup (Such as founder, equity in the range of 15-25% for series A, scale, tech,etc.)

A very well written book with proper data analysis to prove the point. Not many books which are written in Indian context. Easy to read book gives insight on VC for even those readers who are not into investment market and equally must read for those who are into investment.
