Always wanted a Cello tv, as it is a British company and I like to support local businesses. I read plenty of reviews who majority good but with issues. I can't find fault, picture quality is as it should be, in fact compared to a Samsung it was better, clearer. Sound was an issue peopled moaned about, I don't see an issue, if I wanted full on being in a cinema experience I would plug my soundbar in, but I don't think my neighbours would appreciate it. So sound wise it's good, it does exactly what it says. Great buy.

I was trying to marry up TV to Virgin Media but was having problems with the Virgin system. This was the main reason for buying a new TV but it may have been a mistake. It was the Virgin technician guy who told me that my previous TV was faulty

Rest the apps run normally bit netflix loading very badly and is impossible wach a movie

Crashes 3/4 times a day!

Android TV. Unless you constantly watch TV on Android then DONT BUY THIS TV. When playing on auxiliary ie Xbox etc you get a warning that the TV will switch off.The TV is a nice picture & sound.Only things I’ve found annoying are1. The HDMI connections are located bottom left facing down & left.So they expect you to have this mounted on the wall.If you have standard HDMI leads you’ll be ok. But if you have a Gold plated chunky HDMI cable (like me) you’ll have trouble fitting it in the bank of 3 at the bottom(pic 2)The only place I managed to fit this HDMI is the side(pic 3)but this took some fiddling to get a connection.So if your using this TV on the stand (like me) it’s hard to connect without turning your TV upside down.2. The Remote. (Pic 4 ) frequently buttons just stay stuck, the response when you push a button is also poor. Sometimes takes about 4-5 button presses to get the TV to do anything.NO EXCUSES for a TV made in the UK to have a remote made in CHINA (pic5)My old 4K TV had teletext, this TV has a button for it (pic 6) but because it’s Google run, their’s NO teletext. This was useful for getting football scores etc, local news.

Like the quality, remote very simple and nice

Picture quality and build quality is OK. Sound as usual is very poor. I'm having issues connecting the digital output to an external sound system.
