Proof that vegan meals can be awesome!
Love the recipes. People think that being vegan means eating a boring diet. This book proves that wrong. Almost every recipe I look at I think, "ooh, that looks nice". I've only used 3 so far, but plan to do much more.

Deliciously Ella: Die besten Kochbücher ever
Die beste Kochbuchreihe, die ich jeh hatte. Ich besitze eine stattliche Sammlung an Kochbüchern. Die Kochbücher von Ella Woodward sind definitiv die besten auch wenn das ja nicht durchgängig stimmt mit dem glutenfrei. Fast jedes ihrer Frühstücksrezepte enthält Haferflocken (die enthalten Gluten) und auch Roggenbrot-Rezepte, die sie zunehmend in ihrem Blog postet, enthalten Gluten. Nachfragen auf ihren sozialen Medienplattformen werden unbeantwortet sofort gelöscht. - Auch kann es durch den teils hohen glykämischen Index in den Frühstücksrezepten verbunden mit den fetthaltigen Nußcremes auch schnell zur Gewichtszunahme kommen. Lunch und Dinner-Rezepte sind jedoch der absolute Knaller, auch wenn die Mengenangaben für Saucen und Gewürzen teils viel zu gering bemessen sind. Man sollte also unbedingt abschmecken und ggfs. nachwürzen. - Wenn sie gerne mediteran essen und Gäste beeindrucken, dann kaufen Sie sich dieses Buch und auch das vorherige Buch und die App sind der Knaller.

READ THIS BEFORE THE UNHELPFUL NEGATIVE REVIEWS:
The photos are stunning, the colours are mesmerising.There are SO many new, brilliant recipes to try. One thing is for certain. If you are a true Ella fan - and I mean you love her previous books - you will be over the moon with this one.And just based on some of the negative reviews... I'm sorry, but they're not founded on context. If you only list the few things 'you' don't like, others who don't know of the amazing book will only assume it's negative as a whole, as they have no insight. Give Ella some slack - a lot of effort had gone in this book and you can see that. Mention the good points too.Only 3 (different) slaws out of over 100 recipes, and only two dissimilar guacamole recipes. Let's not exaggerate.Who doesn't just love butter on their corn-on-the-cob? Well sometimes it helps to have a tested (even though simple), healthier recipe to be alongside the other dishes you might have at a, say, 'BBQ with friends' party. Even if simple, many people aren't adventurous enough to be randomly creative with healthy toppings. This book is for all, not just those that can cook, therefore comparing Ella to top professoinals would not be fair.Key point to make - though lots of negative reviews are mentioning that the dishes are mostly sides and whatnot, I have an easy explanation.First, there is the obvious 'with friends' book title. Buffet style is always a winner.Secondly, if you pay attention to the photos, you can see Ella actually putting the different recipes together to make a dish of its own, but putting them separately gives more incentive to some, to juggle recipe combinations around a bit. For instance... she has a remarkably tasty looking 'fried mushroom' recipe, 'baked tomato' recipe, and 'scrambled tofu', as well as non-deep fried (baked) resemblances to hash browns (potato cakes)... voila. Sounds like a healthy and remarkably tasty vegan English breakfast to me! Appears that way in the photos. Oh - coincidence? Also, they can be used as sides to any other dish.Use some imagination. Seriously, if you want tasty, thrilling, fast, simple or show-off type meals for every occasion? This is for you.I have paged through every single recipe and paid attention to the ingredients - we have some new styles and I can truly say that I am beyond excited to get cooking. Just because one person isn't a fan, doesn't mean you shouldn't take the plunge, as you may just very likely find yourself thrilled that you did. People are just being overly critical because it's Ella's third book. In my opinion, it is a perfect companion to her previous two books.
