Q: What are the dimensions of each mini can?

Others are saying the containers are 2.5 inches wide but the ones I have 2.25 inches wide by 1.5 inches deep. I've had these for a few years...perhaps they are making them slightly wider now than when I purchased....??

Q: is it leak proof or not?

I wouldn't put liquids inside. I haven't... i think you could if you have a sturdy lunch box and you know it won't fall over. The lid can come off easily though. I would not put anything liquid in it in my child's lunchbox, that's for sure!

Q: What is the grade for the Stainless Stell? Also, where is it made from?

This is 304 = 18/8 stainless steel it is good for storage. The highest grade is 18/10 which is better for cooking. I found some 18/10 in the camping section that can be used for both storage and cooking.
