like the product seems close to a best fit for me. it is comfortable to wear all day through sleeping and through multiple days. has a reasonable compression for swelling every day or so may need pulled down to let the skin breath a little and return to normal from the compression. back of the knee stays fairly comfortable can get a little itchy over time a little bunched up but a periodic resetting will sort it out. all in all just as or more comfortable than any other comparable product. i started wearing it after twisting my knee and tearing a ligament i was healing but after putting on noticed improvement and in my opinion was aiding and helping in the healing process. it makes me keep my leg a little more stiff and i am conscious of not over moving it while wearing it which is a good thing. i liked it so much i bought the ankle one too. so some have had doubts about the science stuff. in my opinion it is subtle but i think it does work i can be sensitive and think i can feel it sometimes. it being comfortable is a selling point for me and i like that it is well thought out. there are a lot of hokey gimmicks, claims, and products that sell false ingenuity the online market place is full of those things that genuinely do not work. i do not believe this to be one of them it is a little higher price but in my opinion worth it and does do what it claims to do on what level you would have to decide for yourself. i have been wearing this and drinking fresh pineapple juice(a pineapple a day to aid with soft tissue repair at the advice of someone else ) and it seems to be helping. i have had other wearables that make similar claims about wearing and skin contact activating either in this case infrared heat or in the other a weak 1v bio-current through skin contact and magnets; the other was not fda approved and questioned in the same manner and in my exp did what it claimed and worked well. it may not be miracle instantaneous science but an edge even a small one in healing with comfort ill take it. would recommend and would purchase again or other products for this line. hope this helps good luck on your recovery journey. i have had a good exp with this product

Off back I literally just got it and had my daughter drop it off to me I have a rupture acl for 4 months now and I already see how the sleeve is working love it already now to get another one for the other knee that is giving me issues as well. The strength is great I have pretty big legs the sizing is correct. Knee support is amazing I already have no pain and the compression and thickness where? Very breathable

20in thigh so bought XXL which fit nicely. After hours of wear they do not fall down. Will update this review if fabric loses its elasticity over time.These keep my knees feeling warm. My issue is that the insides of my knees lose sensation which makes walking sometimes difficult. I can walk with confidence, and without the feeling like my knees aren't there.These are worth the 60 dollar price point. Very high quality items.

The size chart was good for me, although I was hesitant to order an XXL. Fits well and stays in place for the most part. It may slide down 1/2 inch or so over a period of hours, which is tolerable.I fear the side "stabilizers" are going to cause issues down the road. They are, after just a couple of days, bending in some strange ways. I would like a version of this sleeve that did NOT have them; I don't see how they add any value to the product.I would describe this sleeve as a snug-fitting knee warmer. Does it have magical powers? No, it does not, but it feels comfortable for all-day wear. Is it worth the money? Only you can decide, but my suspicion is that if cost is a major concern for you, you might be disappointed. On the other hand, if you are willing to pay for something to provide comfortable warmth you can wear all day, then you may well appreciate this item.

Amazing fit and feel.I thought the thickness would be a problem, but it really doesn't feel thick while wearing.I needed the compression while healing from a giant hematoma on my knee that developed after patella surgery. (Just one of those 'complications' they mention before hand).My surgeon told me to not use open knee or patella ring type sleeve, so those I returned immediately.I ordered this sleeve after researching it (#1 on several top 10 lists) and reading the reviews.I measured my leg as instructed and bought the XXL.All the other knee sleeve types had me at XL to 2XL.(The other one I wear comfortably is an XL).I also need my knee wrapped at night, and this was PERFECT!The only time I notice the side stays is if I feel it with my hand. It honestly doesn't feel like anything is there.If you need gentle, steady compression, this is it!It may be one of the pricier ones, but well worth it.No more ordering and returning. Done

The brace seems okay, the big complaint is that the little sticks inside the brace have poked out and have been poking my skin, I had to sew them back into the brace. The quality is not very good for the price.

The is the best! My husband has one from his physician. When he bought a second for his elbow and recommended I get one for my knee I seen why the first day. Improved swelling, pain, and stability for my arthritic knee. Fit was ok I have large thighs so the boning can hurt. I wear it lower or backwards and it still works!

The knee brace is well made. It provides compression & knee support. It was not a good fit for my knee.
