I can not imagine doing this for 30 minutes every day. I could maybe do 10 before losing interest. Buyer beware-the ‘red’ is really very pink. I have larger hips and I was trying to use this at the smallest part of my waist, which is on the high side, and that didn’t work at all. It only worked when I sat it as low as I could on my waist just above the hips. The system glides nicely but it is rather loud with clacking noise. I’m sure I will only use this a few months and then give it away.

Great fitness hoop that adds a bit of weight to your workout. The hoop comes in sections so you can adjust it to your liking. The weight follows a track around the hoop. Overall its a pretty nice hoop to add to your home gym and its a pretty good value for the price overall?

The media could not be loaded.  This thing is very cool! TikTok made me but it! I did 30 mins today and I can honestly say it is a full body workout. Curious to see where this goes but it's fun! My original shipment was lost but they quickly sent me another one no issues.

It really can make you workout. The length can be adjusted to fit your waist, and you need to use all you waist strength to roll it. I believe after sometimes using it my tummy can be flattened.

Great workout.. I use 30 minute timer workout videos with music on YouTube and have seen great results!
