I'm 35 years old and I wish I would've started taking collagen in my twenties because it's really good for you. I would have to say after using this product I've noticed a different in my hair, skin, and nails. My hair has grown a lot more. My nails are super long, but might have to cut them because my do braid hair and it's much harder to grip hair while braiding. My skin feels much softer, my face shows less lines, it really does give a much plumper look to your face. Before this product I was using collagen pills that I purchased from Beverly Hills MD oh my goodness this pills cost soooooo much. For 3 bottles I spent almost $200. The pills worked just like this product. Once I started using this product and seen a difference in my body I love it. One thing I did notice while using this product my face has develope pimples and I don't like it. The other expensive pills did not do that but these do.As for the taste I sometimes take it with my chocolate Oatmilk to get rid of the taste and it makes it much easier to swallow the pill. The bottle says you'll receive a free bottle if you text some number but don't believe it. It's a bug fat lie that's false advertisement. This is an okay product! Thank you! I think this product helps me with my hair skin and nails. Other products require taking several pills to get results. You only have to take one to get the same dosage.

I have been taking SANAR collagen capsules for about 3years. This is the only collagen supplement that I will use. It is easy to swallow and has no taste. No mixing or preparation.
