It is certainly helping to support my end-stage arthritic ankle while I wait for surgery. I’m not sure it would fit in shoes you already have unless they are top quality trainers and they will probably need to be at least a half size bigger than normal. Go to a specialist sports shoe shop. I would have liked there to have been a second (lighter ) colour choice for spring/summer wear.

Las uso para correr y Me da la estabilidad que necesita mi tobillo, sustituye un vendado profesional… también las utilizó para jugar fútbol, siempre va a ser más cómodo un vendado normal, pero no limitan el moviento natural y te dan un soporte mucho más seguro

Avrei preferito le 2 stecche laterali piu' rigide in quanto camminando su certe pendenze non mi assicurano la stabilita' della caviglia soprattutto se sollecitata vs esterno nonostante i lacci siano stretti con forza
