These are dissolvable tabs. They have good flavor, but are a bit thicker than the last brand I used. They really help with my fingernails. I'm a Nurse so my hands are constantly being washed or bathed in sanitizer- making my nails thin and brittle. This Biotin has really helped keep my nails thick and healthy. Recommend
