Lovely item but had it personalised for my daughters best friends 18th birthday. Unfortunately although I spelt my daughters name correct whoever personalised it spelt it wrong on the card

Had a puncture repair kit nothing like the picture
Sent this to a friend who recently had an operation. This looks nothing like the picture in the box and came with a puncture repair kit. Given that she had just had an operation was very insensitive.
