The media could not be loaded. Okayish product. Serves the purpose at the price sold. Also extra filter included.Instructions for use are not clear enough. So you need to figure it out yourself if you are using a humidifier or diffuser for the first time. It collects moisture drops on itself and surrounding surfaces so prolonged use is not recommended. However you can switch between humidifier mode to night light mode with the power switch.
