Excellent tri-ply stainless pan – powerful performance if you know how to use it
The 30 cm tri-ply version is the real deal. This is a proper stainless-steel pan. It’s not the most forgiving bit of kit and does have its own “rituals”, but if you know what you’re doing, it punches well above its price. It also looks great and is ideal for anyone who needs a large, high-capacity pan for bigger dishes. Pros • Excellent heat distribution • No warping or deformation • Easy to clean (as stainless should be) • Dishwasher-friendly • Solid, professional feel Cons • The handle is a little slim – fine for most hands, but those with bigger hands might notice it Neither good nor bad • It’s very heavy – reassuringly so, but worth mentioning About stickiness For sauces and liquid-based dishes, it’s straightforward. For searing, you must preheat properly and use a high-smoke-point oil. Get the pan to working temperature and you’ll be fine. Skip that step and things will stick. That said, if you sear meat, remove it, and then deglaze with wine or stock, you’ll get an excellent gravy assuming you haven’t turned anything into charcoal. Final thoughts If you’re getting into cooking and want a toxic-free, durable, dishwasher-safe pan, stainless steel is your friend. And this particular one is an excellent example.

Great pan at this price point!
Great quality tri-ply pan, especially at this price! Weight is good and it looks good quality. There isn't any "Amazon basic" branding on it, if that matters to you, regardless of the photos. Only had it and been using it for a week, so can't talk to it's long term durability, but I don't currently have any worries. No, it's not non-stick, and I don't want to talk down to anyone, but it's just as good as any other stainless steel pan I've had. If you pre-heat it properly and use an adequate amount of fat it's just fine. The heat distribution is perfect, and it fits in a standard sized UK oven too which is a must for me. At this price, I'd definitely get this over a made-in, procook, etc. Just be weary that the smaller size pans aren't tri-ply, but instead have a bonded base.

Well made pan at a reasonable price
I was unsure about stainless steel frying pans but was fed up of non-sticks that lost their coating after just 2 or 3 years of use. I followed the directions on Youtube about pre-heating the pan before adding oil and allowing the food to release naturally it works, no sticking. There are a few burn marks occasionally but they come off with some brillo pad action. I've used this every day for a week now cooking everything from steaks to curries to fish fillets as well as fried and scrambled eggs. How well it lasts long term, I don't know, but if I get 3 years out of it, it will be a win. Anything longer will be a bonus. It certainly looks like it should last. EDIT: After 3 months of daily use I've had a couple of mii disasters with burned-on oil/food etc. All down to my own inattention, not really the pans fault. The good news is that some determined scrubbing with the brillo pad has brought it up shining each time. It is definitely more effort to clean but, used properly, it is a joy to cook with. Just don't get distracted!

Everything sticks
These are awful. Stainless steel yes. Buy everything just sticks immediately. You can't even fry an egg in them. Tried them a few times and threw them in the bin.

Great value fully clad pan
Very good tri-ply pan, perfectly capable of cooking things like scrambled eggs without significant sticking. I expect many of the bad reviews aren't using them properly. 30cm diameter is quite large, so heat up slowly on induction to avoid warping. Much cheaper than an equivalent pan from another brand (about ⅓ the price). Thickness is ~2.6mm, very similar to Made In (~2.5mm). Note: only the individual 30cm pan on this listing is triple ply. The set of three and the individual 28cm one of all welded on discs, not fully clad.

Excellent pans for every day use
These pans are brilliant. I was looking for non toxic stainless steel that weren't overpriced and these really fit the bill. They're lightweight but sturdy, really durable and with good heat distribution. If used properly, they clean very easily. Frying capacity depends on the size but the edges are nice and tall so you can make a decent scrambled egg even oit of the small one. As for sticking, there's no nonstick coating so things can occasionally stick if the pan is used improperly. That said, I make eggs on these and rarely run into sticking issues.

Premium steel pan
Fantastic little pan, tri-ply and well built and weight to it. You’ll need to watch some videos online to understand how to cook with stainless steal as it is a specific method compared to regular non stick pans.

Great set, heat up nicely and when used properly (heat them up first) stay clean easily.

Padella massiccia (pesa 1583 grammi) e robusta. Ottimo acquisto consigliato
