Great ice machine
I like that the machine makes 3 gallon ziplock bags full of ice plus all ice cups that my family eat through out the day. I did not know how this machine would really worked. It is the Best Buy I have ever done. Ice are bullet size and taste is delicious once you put in a cup and let it sit you are able to chew on the ice it becomes chewable. Not so loud I forget that I have the ice machine on.

Ice bucket to small will not buy again
You are going to babysitting this machine while is making ice the ice tray is very very small and constant stop making ice depending on the ice dropping.Te ice quality is very good and no noise but I will not buy again

Clear ice
This ice machine is a dream! Works instantly and the ice is cubed and clear. Made two gallon bags in no time. Great buy!

A little noisy but makes great ice
What I like about it is that it makes ice really quickly. What I don’t like about it is that the ice sits in a tray and melts and then it makes new ice from the water from the melted ice. The issue is that it is quite noisy in the middle of the night as it drops new ice cubes every hour or so. Otherwise it’s a pretty good ice maker.

Excellent product
This product is excellent. It works fine,not real noisy at all. Easy to set up fits perfectly on the counter top.

Almost returned it
Knocked off 1 star for some difficulty in setting it up. I had my 13 yo son set it up. Almost returned it because it was not working. Good thing I told him to run the clean cycle first. Now, it works great. We'll see if it lasts long. Got it at a great price... I'm not sure if I would still get it now that the price increased significantly.

Great value, can be a little noisy when making ice but it does the job in a compact container!
This product is absolutely the best. Bought for our bar to have rapidly made ice without having to walk upstairs to our fridge. It makes two different size cubes and has been a godsend for my husband who has been icing a leg injury. I highly recommend!
