Worst ever
Plz plz.plz do not buy this Thai curry paste . very pathetic. It was already rotten and having bad smell . though the expiry date was for another year. I should have known when there was such huge discount on 1 kg curry . plz avoid this one, can cause food poisoning too. I made the curry and had to throw it in the bin

Not entirely authentic
It's quite salty, so don't add extra salt. Start with chopped garlic then add the vegetables, once saute'd add the curry paste with coconut cream and some water. Have it with plain boiled rice noodles/ glass noodles.

Rework your cooking instructions.
Too dense salty & sour. Unless better cooking instructions to dilute with proper proportions are shared it’s not tasty.

Taste was poor, paste didn't have flavors and it was too liquid.
