Has anyone worn a garment made of this a lot, lots of washing and wearing. I'm worried that over time the metallic strands won't hold up.

I made a garment from this lot. I used the sparkle snow white and while wearing it I stained it with foundation. I washed it out and line dried it. It dried pretty fast and and became even softer. It has held up in many washings.

How close is the color rich red sparkle to red sparkle?

Cannot make comparison but this is more of an orange red color.

What yarn colors goes with Caron rosewood

What's the difference between silver sparkle and platinum sparkle?

The silver has silver sparkle. The platinum appears to have a rainbow kind of sparkle in it. Just zoom the product pics to be sure. Shows pretty clear in good pics
