Halo Headband I Sweatband Tie Headband for Both Men and Women No Slip with a Custom Fit

I highly recommend. I found this headband after traditional cotton head bands became too bulky and heavy with sweat and bandanas would not stay on my head. I sweat a lot to a point where can't see because sweat is continuously dripping into my eyes so it is imperative I wear a sweat band to stay functional. This head band does a great job staying in place with the help of the silicone grip on the underside. I have a smaller head and the tie feature allows me to customize the fit. The ergonomic tapered shape of the band allows the band to fit when wrapped around ears and under a ponytail without feeling bulky. Although it does not soak up all of the sweat like one of those thick cotton headbands, this thin band magically does soak up a lot (at the end of a work out it is surprisingly heavy). I personally prefer to have a light headband and not look like a 90's basketball player with those old thick cotton bands. Ordering a second once I finish this review.

Love these headbands! I am a certified personal trainer and have tried a wide variety of hair accessories. Most headbands either did not do much for sweat or would not stay in my silky hair. I now have the pink, blue, red, and black colors and my husband jokes that I look too color coordinated at the gym. I live in Florida and the gym I train at keeps the air conditioning to a minimum. I lift weights intensely five to six days a week, sprint at a track, and have long hair. The halo is the first headband to keep my hair and sweat out of my eyes. By keeping the majority of sweat off my face from my head, my sunscreen doesn't run into my eyes as much and burn... great bonus!

I needed a solution for sweat in my eyes last summer causing me to pause during running. So gave this a try. I recommend the velcro version, because the ties get wet and start smacking me in the neck. I have tucked them under the band, but it's easier to just use the velcro. It does keep the sweat from running into your eyes, just be prepared to have a deep groove in your forehead for a while afterwards!

Pretty good headband. It's honestly a lot thicker than I expected but I mainly bought it for the color. I'm used to the Nike tie headbands which are thin fabric, but this is quite a bit thicker. I could see it being really good as wicking away sweat from your hair line though, which is a plus. It came delieved exactly as pictured which is always good.

Hubby said it was a good one
