Q: Can these fit a person with a small head?

I think so, depending on how small. The arms have a curve to them that should help keep them on even if your head is a little smaller. My head is average size for a male and the glasses feel nice and snug without too much pressure. They probably won't fit a toddler though. Hopefully you're not a toddler.

Great fit and clarity!

These fit perfect over my prescription glasses. Very comfortable. I bought them to use at the shooting range and I think they are going to be exactly what I needed when I'm not wearing contact lenses. They even came in a nice little fabric carrying case.
