Product description likens these Sierra socks to Maggie’s Organic socks. This is a fundamental misunderstanding of the Maggie’s product, which is explicitly low on synthetic materials. These socks are made with a significant amount of nylon, and spandex, and are straight up yellow, as another reviewer noted, and that color fades quickly with washes. Natural cottons are off white because they’re not bleached white, not because they were dyed.All that aside, these socks are mostly competent and pretty seamless. After several wears and washes though, the seams aren’t SaO different from other socks.... these seams get less flat in the corners, and other seams get a bit flatter. Their weave is on the loose side. This shows up more after a few wears and washes, around the toe seams things are loosening, and the whole ankle shaft is just loose. They do stay up on me so far.Overall they work, are a bit loose/big, suffer somewhat disingenuous/uninformed advertising in product description in comparison to Maggie’s, but do have flat seams and are basically thick tube socks.

They're not Maggie's, but they're not nearly as pricey. They fit in my sneakers without feeling too bulky and the toe seam is truly flat, which is important for my hammer toes. I've had a wretched cold since these socks have arrived, so I haven't tried wearing them to play tennis. I'm concerned that the tops won't stay put when I'm running because the fit over the sock cuff seems loose. Maggies really last long. Can't compare these as far as long lasting because I just bought them!

I was looking for a good crew sock to wear with walking/running shoes. These are a nice fabric in general but too thin for what I wanted (I ended up going with Hanes athletic crew socks). Also, if I tug them up all the way, the heel is above my heel, over the top of my shoes: with my size 6 feet, I have to pull them back down a little so the heel fits--but then they're OK: they don't ride up, and they are just the right amount of snug around my foot and ankle. I bought two packs, and because I opened one, I only tried to return one. In fact, I couldn't return them at all--but I got a refund for one pack of three without having to do the return, which was nice.

The media could not be loaded.  I purchased socks because I broke my ankle and I was looking for something not binding, no seam and soft to wear in ankle boot. I have large calves so it’s been a challenge. I was disappointed at first because the sock is not as soft as expected. It is not really thick on foot portion. I kept them because they don’t bind and there is virtually NO SEAM across the toes causing irritation. That was the keeper for me. 2/15/2019. They are too big I guess. They won’t stay up.

Gave as gift to mother who has health issues. She has a difficult time finding shoes and socks that won't rub blisters on her toes. So far, these soft socks have worked well for her. I went back and ordered more for her and some for me.

These socks are soft and still true-to-size after three washings in hot water. I am waiting to pass final judgment on them until after 8-10 washings. I love them except for one little thing--I expected their color to be "natural"--i.e., cream or beige--when in fact the color is quite yellow. The color doesn't matter to me too much, since I mostly wear them under jeans or slacks. But the socks do clash with some of my summer clothes.

I ordered these because I wanted socks that did not have elastic in them. They are super comfortable, and stay up. I only rated them as a 4 because I want to see how they hold up after being washed multiple times.

I like the comfort of these cotton socks, but they are a little bit small. I wear shoe size 8.5.

These are wonderful. The tops don’t bind, and they have just the right amount of stretch. They are made in Turkey (doesn’t say that on the listing) which is why the cotton is so nice!
