No instructions came with this, what temperature and how long do you bake?

This is what it says in the product description: Bake & Shrink 1. Place it on a parchment paper or a cookie baking sheet. Preheat the oven about 150°C. 2. Bake for about 1-2 minutes (You have to keep an eye on them. The time will vary! depending on the size) Watch it shrink. If they start to curl, please don't worry, just let them continue baking. They will flatten out. Once the piece flatten out again, turn off the oven and let it be still for a few seconds. Be careful not to scorch them. 3.It will shrink about %60.

Can you use washable markers?

I am unsure. We have used permanent, paint and colored pencils. Colored pencils are definitely more vibrant, after shrinking them I brush some Mod Poodle on them.

Can these be used in an inkjet printer?

It would say on the package if it was. Some shrink plastic is printable.
