Nice product

Cool little device and AMAZING tech support!
This little keypad is lightweight and has fantastic battery life as long as you turn it off after use. My issue was that after charging it, the number keys would not register! Only the backspace and symbol keys would work. After an extensive Google search, I suspected it had something to do with the NUMLOCK status on my laptop but my small laptop did not have a NUMLOCK key so I was stumped. I was ready to ditch it when I finally went to their website and found a contact address for tech support. I sent them an email and within minutes received a call from Ontario Canada! The problem was indeed that the NUMLOCK function on the laptop was turned off and since I did not have a dedicated key for it, I had to actually call up the onscreen keyboard and enable it that way. As soon as that was done, the keypad worked perfectly! I hope this helps someone else as i saw that someone had this issue and returned the devices. Please try this before you give up! It's such a simple fix. THank you Michael from Canada!
