I love Burt’s bees products but this particular tube that was sent to me wasn’t made as well as others. It’s probably just in this one batch, but this tube was super gritty and grainy, like it wasn’t blended well enough during the manufacturing process and now when I go to use it, it tears up my lips a bit….what a bummer considering this tube is pretty pricey compared to others.

Love this product. This, and the original Peppermint Burt’s Bees balms are the only lip balms I use. Both contain lots of beeswax, which makes them last, necessary for my dry lips. I use this one in the winter because it seals moisture in and the eucalyptus is soothing on chapped lips. Please continue selling this one. It’s getting harder and harder to find.
