These pills a re a must have if you are trying to lose weight. Your liver is responsible for storing and burning fat cells. if you are overweight, then your liver will have fat inside of it. I’ve used Liver Focus in the past which is another brand of liver detox. I wanted to try these as these come quicker than ordering Liver Focus. I’ve taken it a few days and I really haven’t felt much different. I checked the ingredients and it do have natural ingredients but it’s possible my lack of results were due to me taking it once a day instead of twice a day. I’ll increase my intake & update my review at that time. This way I can make a better comparison to my Liver Focus.

I've only just started this supplement but I appreciate the organic nature of it... I've been taking this for a while now and I have to say that I feel a lot less sluggish overall. It is packed with all natural ingredients like Tumeric & milk thistle that are known properties of keeping a healthy, detoxed liver. I find it really important to do a liver cleanser every 6-12 months just to give my liver an added boost, after all it is one of the most important organs in the body. Love the quality of this product and will purchase again in the future.

The first thing that attracted me to this Avalife Liv D-tox was the list of ingredients. I like to stay with natural things, not man-made ones. Turmeric is the first ingredient and I already take it to ease my arthritis pain. I know it works. There is also milk thistle to cleanse the liver and I know how valuable my liver is. It is difficult to judge how well a product like this is working until you get blood work done a couple of times to judge the difference. I can't, therefore, really say how well it is working, but I do feel confident that it will do so. For now, I would recommend it.

The first couple of days my husband was taking these he said his poop was dark which I am not sure if it was an effect from the pills. It only lasted first few days then the rest it went back to normal. As far as the pills actually helping him he said that he has noticed a significance difference.
