Duralex has been periodically going through various bankruptcies the last ten years or so. The latest news of the latest bankruptcy reminded me to check out their stock. I guess it could be like the apocryphal furniture stores that spend thirty years "going out of business" till the owners retire, but Duralex is good product, if a wee bit pricey. Anyway, I'm glad I did: they're good-looking and tough (not literally unbreakable, but more so than most glassware, and when they do break (usually in the sink), they fragment rather than shatter into razor-sharp shards, so less stressful to clean up. I mean, it's <i> glass </i>. If you want literally unbreakable, get metal.

We have been using the Duralex glasses in the same pattern for years and I love the design. When I saw these I had to have them. They are fab.

je les voyais plus grandes, c'est à dire, au moins 30 cl. mais ça fera très bien l'affaire....... on fera mieux la prochaine fois
