Not as good as it should be and not sure why It reduced the frizz a bit but not as much as expected not straightened the hair My hair is soft and so thick Instructions are written in very very small letters u can hardly read them

This was my first time trying an at-home keratin product. Directions were easy to follow. It took me about 2.5 hours. It's been about 4 weeks since I used it and am happy with the results. The only negative was that the product - I think it was the mask- left a horrible smell on my hair. And since you aren't supposed to shampoo for a few days, the smell drove my nuts. I finally shampooed my hair a day early because I couldn't stand the smell any longer. I would buy/use again, not sure if I'd use the mask.

I have very short hair so I only used 1 ounce maybe a bit more but I feel I should have used the whole thing for smoother results. Still did a pretty good job. My only complaint is how little the bottles are at 2 oz per bottle. Someone with long hair must get the larger quantity bc 2oz will not be enough.

In between finding a stylist, I decided to color my own hair. Left the product on WAY TOO LONG and totally damaged/fried my hair. After months of breakage and horrible knotted tangles, my current stylist found this product online. I ordered it and the miracle began!! It is a labor intensive process to apply, but follow the directions exactly. My hair has been salvaged from the jaws of death! That is not an over exaggeration - I was ready to cut it all off out of frustration! These products are fabulous!!!!
