This is the one I got. I use ours inside the house. Gave one to our daughter whose son is in the Army. Hers is hung on the front of her house — outside. The sign is beautiful!

Q: will this withstand being mounted to the side of a trailer or vehicle with out folding up on itself.

I absolutely think so! I have a couple of these and they are great quality in my opinion. They have mounting holes on the top and bottom, so maybe add a left and right one just to make sure the little wind passes over.
