I have been using Ancient Nutrition products for over a year and if there is one product on the market that delivers on their promises it's their collegen products.Ancient Nutrition promises to promote hair, nail and gut health and my nails have never been longer or stronger and my hair hasn't been this thick since I was a kid. Not only do I have thicker hair but the quality of my hair has changed, I went from having frizzy unruly hair, no matter what product I used to turn frizz into curls, but my hair is full of body and straight. This Ancient Nutrition strawberry – lemonade flavored collagen drink is an excellent source of collagen. Since taking it over several months, I definitely noticed a difference in my skin/hair/nails. I’ve taken this for a few months in the past with no noticeable differences. However I read the studies about using this type of collagen and they all said it depends on the amount taken daily, but it can take 6mos to see improvements. So I decided to start using it again for joint and bone health. I’m in my 40s with some back problems. Anyway, it is a nice bump of protein in my morning coffee. However I normally get plain and decided to try vanilla this time - won’t buy vanilla again. I can drink it but it doesn’t taste great. It has that weird fake vanilla taste. Not terrible but not good either

My fingernails were disappearing! They had thinned to the point that they peeled, split and ripped if they grew any length past my fingertips. I love this collagen powder and after taking it for a few months, I figured out that’s why my nails have been growing! I originally took it for my hair because it’s thinning on top and I have noticed it’s filling in and I LOVE the taste of this Cucumber lime! The lemonade strawberry not so much but I drank it anyway.
