Great amazon service and the ease of making coffee. But..
Finding ways to make a better coffee. I have a keurig and two other coffee makers. Keurig makes good coffee and but expensive kcups. My complaint on the two other coffee makers I have is that both have plastic taste . So went on a search for a good and affordable coffee maker until i saw a video of clever drip and decided to try. Very easy to make coffee, but I still prefer the taste from a coffee maker machine(one that doesn't have a plastic taste).

great product, bad service
I have had several of these...They make great coffee. They really do. It's easy, simple, great taste, and quick to clean up. They last about two years be for the plastic starts to break down and crack...but that's not a huge problem...until you need to replace it. My last two orders have been wrong. I ordered the clever coffee dropper...and they sent me filters instead. I went to the trouble of sending it back and ordering another one. This time it came without the cover. What is up guys? I really want your product...but your warehouse or shipping service needs improvement. 5 stars for the product...1 star for service.
